Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy-
There are no refunds provided in our store. If a return is requested and garments are approved upon receipt, then store credit or an exchange will be provided. Shipping and handling are non refundable.
**Customer must make sure shipping address is secure. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
**Customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with no rips or stains (in the same condition that it was received.) Items must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate garments, items purchased on sale, or fashion jewelry.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial store credit is granted, or none (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, stained (makeup, deodorant, any sort of stain included), or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If the returned items are approved i.e In the conditions they were received, then your exchange/store credit will be processed within 3-5 days.

Only regular priced items may be subject for store credit. Sale and/or clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges-(if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
